Women's Self-Defense

Registration is now open for our October 2026 Women’s Self-Defense course!

Join us for four Sunday afternoons of practical self-defense training in a welcoming and supportive environment. No previous martial arts experience is necessary.

Sundays, October 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th, 2026
1:00–3:00 p.m.
Northern Lights Martial Arts Center, 1310 S. Front Street, Marquette

Course fee:

• $40 for the complete four-week course
• $20 for students and seniors

We want this program to remain accessible to everyone. Scholarships and fee waivers are available for anyone experiencing financial difficulty—simply request one on the registration form.

Enrollment is limited to 25 participants, and the material builds from week to week, so we ask that you try to attend all four sessions. Once the course is full, additional registrants may join the waiting list.
